Help!!! I import model airplanes from Czech to US. My supplier company doesn't speak a lick of english, except for an employees cousin (Jane). After faxing a recent order, I got a response from someone (not Jane) in pigeon english that seemed to indicate that Jane is in the hospital and that "her head is broke".
