Jak se liší "-ání" a "-ící"?
    Například: obtěžování vs. obtěžující?
řekl bych: "Ten muž je obtěžování"? Nebo "On je obtěžující muž"?

    Děkují,
    Jeff

-ání is noun for activity itself
-ící is adjective for object which performs this activity

    obtěžování - act of bothering
    obtěžující muž - bothering man

    skákání - act of jumping
    skákající dítě - jumping child

    volání - act of calling
    volající matka - calling mother

    padání - act of falling
    padající kámen - falling stone

The -ání form is called the gerund in English, and the -ící form is called the present participle. Both have the same form in English (-ing), but different usage.
