Kutná Hora is a relatively small town and many of its sights can be seen in a day. On the other hand, the importance of Kutná Hora in the Middle Ages was so great, the town is so charming and its sights so plentiful that to truly cover Kutná Hora requires multiple visits or an overnight stay. Spending the night will allow you to see the must-see sites in town, visit the Ossuary and Cathedral in nearby Sedlec, spend a few hours at the Czech Museum of Silver and its silver mine, visit the art gallery in the Jesuit College, and, last but not least, enjoy Kutná Hora's monuments lit up beautifully after dark.
