Artisan Restaurant & Cafe is hidden away on a small side street in Prague's Malá Strana and is a non-smoking restaurant. At Artisan, we decided to do everything the traditional way to create a more rewarding dining experience. We spend days reducing stocks, make our bread by hand each morning, and press our own pasta. We choose only the best ingredients and craft them with care. Our menu will change seasonally and incorporates fresh local products when ever possible.
