Traditional meals of Czech culinary art from the end of the 19th century
The team of chefs and specialist led by Oldřich Sahajdák prepares three tasting menus with a total of seven different courses and seven amuse-bouches. The menus unite the flavors and tastes of contemporary molecular cuisine, classical French and Italian foods, and refined dishes from non-traditional Czech culinary art as it was practiced at the end of the 19th century. Courses are changed on an irregular basis according to the seasonal changes and current offers of Czech producers and organic farms. A shortened menu is available for you to select as a "après le théâtre" meal. The sommeliers headed by Klára Kollárová set up daily a wine menu well-matched with single courses.
