• Are the boats heated/airconditioned?
All boat trips are done on comfortable, well-maintained boats that are air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter, so taking a cruise is nice regardless of the weather or time of year.

• Are there lavatories on the boats?
Yes, every boat is equipped with lavatories.

top

• How are the boats laid out?
Every boat has an enclosed lower deck (where the buffet is set out) and an open sun deck with tables.

top

• Is smoking allowed on the cruises?
No, the cruises are non-smoking.

top

• Are there private tables for two on the boats?
The majority of tables seat four guests. There are no tables for two but if the cruise is not full, couples can have their own tables.

• Where is the dock located?
The boats dock at a convenient location in Prague's historical center, within walking distance from the Old Town Square or the Staroměstská metro station/tram stop. You don't need to worry about finding the dock and boarding the correct boat. You will be taken there by bus (dinner cruise) or your guide (lunch cruise). Your guide or the boat staff will be happy to point you in the right direction after the cruise. If you need to take a taxi from the dock to your hotel or anywhere else, we recommend calling AAA Radiotaxi at 14014 or 222 333 222. They're a good, reputable company and will pick you up anywhere in Prague within minutes.

• Can I cancel a reservation I have already paid for and get my money back?
It is not possible to return tickets that have already been purchased. If you are not able to take a tour you have paid for, please let us know BEFORE the tour and we will offer you an option to take the same tour on a different date, or exchange the tour for another one. If the replacement tour is more expensive, you will be asked to cover the price difference.

• How do you collect prepayments?
Prepayments are typically done by faxing your credit card details to our partner or making a bank transfer to our partner's bank account in the Czech Republic, provided there is enough time for the bank transfer to go through (3 - 5 business days). We are unfortunately not set up to receive prepayments online.

top

• Do you offer discounts to children, students, seniors, groups, travel agents?
Discounts are provided to children (age 4 - 12), students (age 12 - 26, a valid ISIC/'International Student Identity Card' required) and groups of 10 or more people. Children under 4 years old go free unless a seat, lunch or another service is requested for them. We are sorry but we currently do not offer senior or travel agency discounts.
