Prague Sightseeing Tours and Day Trips
from Prague
The sightseeing tours we offer are run
by our trusted partner who has had over 15 years of experience
in providing organized tours of Prague and the Czech Republic.
We work on a commission basis and do not mark up the tour prices.
We will not charge you any booking or service fees.
You don't have to pay a deposit to reserve a tour.
1. REQUEST A TOUR
You
can request a tour by submitting our reservation
form. We recommend making a reservation at least
two business days in advance to give our partner's staff enough
time to process your order and send out your confirmation email.
2. CHOOSE THE METHOD
OF PAYMENT
- Prepayment: You
can prepay the tour at the time of reservation. If you prepay,
you will only need to arrive for your tour 15 minutes before
departure. Prepayments are typically done by
faxing your credit card details to our partner or making a
bank transfer to our partner's bank account in the Czech Republic.
We are unfortunately not set up to accept payments online.
Note: Private tours for groups of four or more and all tours
for groups of 10 or more must always be prepaid.
- Reservation only: If
you do not wish to make a prepayment, you can pay
for your reservation at the tour departure point
in Prague. Payment
for a sightseeing tour must be made no later than 30 minutes
before tour departure. You
can pay in cash in Czech crowns or euros, or by credit card (Visa,
American Express, Eurocard/MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB).
3. PRINT THE CONFIRMATION
EMAIL
After
you submit your reservation request/make a prepayment, you will
receive an email confirmation from our partner,
usually within 24 hours (48 hours on the weekend). It
will contain your reservation summary, instructions
on where your departure point is located, and our partner's
full contact information. Please print out the email and
bring it with you to the tour departure point.
You can choose from
the following two departure points/bus stops: on
Old Town Square (Staroměstské
náměstí) and
Republic Square (Náměstí
Republiky).
Both of them are conveniently located
in the city center, within a short walking distance from a metro
station. The
departure times for a particular tour are listed on
the tour detail page. The exact
location of the departure point for your tour will be specified
in the confirmation email you'll receive from our
partner. |
