Prague Sightseeing Tours and Day Trips
from Prague
• How large
are the tour groups?
The size of the tour groups varies by
season and the bus that is being used.
The vans and buses seat 5, 8, 14, 19, 29 or 39 passengers.
19-passenger buses are used most frequently.

• In what language(s)
is a tour given?
Every tour is given in English and sometimes in one or two other
languages. Besides English, you may also hear the commentary
in German, Italian, French, etc., depending on the different
nationalities comprising your tour group.

• Are the buses
heated/airconditioned?
Yes, all regular buses are heated in winter and airconditioned
in summer. Open panoramic buses are used for some tours in the
summer months (approximately from the middle of June to the middle
of September) if the weather permits. These buses have an open
roof and sometimes also no glassed-in windows.

• Is it possible
to leave at a different time than is specified?
Can I request visiting a particular sight during a tour?
Unfortunately not. The tours have fixed departure times and itineraries.
Because you will be joining other people, it would not be practical
or even possible to allow for customizations.
You are welcome
to request a completely customized, private tour if your party
consists of at least four people. Please use our private
tour booking
form if you would like to request a custom tour.

• If I take your
trip to Karlovy Vary (Kutná Hora, Český Krumlov...), will
I be able to explore on my own or to shop?
Yes. After you arrive at the destination, your guide will give you a tour. You
will then have some free time to spend on your own.

• What lunch
options are there on trips outside of Prague?
- Some trips (Karlovy Vary, Karlštejn) include a prepaid lunch
at a restaurant. You will be able to choose from three or four
meals including a traditional Czech meal and a meatless dish.
Drinks are not included.
- On those trips where lunch is not included in the price (Český
Krumlov in the summer),
you will have time to have lunch on your own. Your guide will
be happy to recommend some restaurants.
- In case of some trips (Terezín, Kutná Hora, Konopiště), there
is unfortunately not enough time for a sit-down lunch, but you
will have an opportunity to get a snack.

• Will the
tour end at the same location where it started?
Although tour pick up and drop off locations are often the same, we cannot guarantee
that you will be dropped off at the same place that you chose as your pickup
point. The drop off
location for each tour is usually specified on the tour detail page but changes
may be made even during the tour based on the traffic situation and other factors.
Please keep in mind that even though you may have chosen your tour to start on
the Republic Square, it may end on the Old Town Square and vice versa, or at
the Hotel Intercontinental. All pick up and drop off points are located in the
very center of Prague, close to each other and within walking distance to public
transportation.

• Can I cancel
a reservation I have already paid for and get my money back?
It is not possible to return tickets that have already been purchased.
If you are not able to take a tour you have paid for, please let
us know BEFORE the tour and we will offer you an option
to take the same tour at a different time or on a different date,
or exchange the tour for another one. If the
replacement tour is more expensive, you will be asked to cover
the price difference.
Note: The above does not necessarily apply to private group
tours where special cancellation terms may be agreed upon.

• How do
you collect prepayments?
Prepayments are typically done by faxing your credit card details to our partner
or making a bank transfer to our partner's bank account in the Czech Republic,
provided there is enough time for the bank transfer to go through (3 - 5 business
days). We are unfortunately not set up to receive prepayments online.

• Do
you offer discounts to children, students, seniors, groups,
travel agents?
Discounts are provided to children (age 4 - 12), students (age
12 - 26, a valid ISIC/'International Student Identity
Card' required) and groups of 10 or more
people. Children under 4 years old go free unless a seat, lunch
or another service is requested for them. We are sorry but we
currently do not offer senior or travel agency discounts.
