The Short
City Tour is a nice introduction to Prague. It will
help you get your bearings before you set out to explore
the city on your own. The tour is also great for those
who are staying in Prague for a limited time (e.g. on
business or on a layover between flights) and
would like to get an overview of the city's historical
center. Those
who have trouble walking will appreciate the fact that
the tour is done entirely by bus, which also makes it
an attractive option in cold or rainy weather.
In the summer months (approx. mid-June to
mid-September, weather permitting), an open panoramic
bus is used. Commentary comes as a high quality recording through
headphones in a choice of 25 languages*. The tour ends on the
Old Town Square.
