To request a customized private tour (for groups of 4 or more), please use our private tour booking form.

Please request your tour at least two business days in advance and make sure you will have access to email and a printer until you receive your reservation confirmation. Reservations cannot be confirmed by phone. Our booking procedure is described on the How Does It Work? page.

Reservation only (pay no later than 30 minutes before departure)
Payment must be made at the departure point no later than 30 minutes before tour departure in cash in Czech crowns or euros, or by credit card (Visa, American Express, Eurocard/MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB).

Prepayment (pay now, arrive 15 minutes before departure)
Fax your credit card details to our partner or make a bank transfer to our partner's bank account in the Czech Republic. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing.
Prepayment is required for private tours and tours booked for groups of 10 or more.
