I think the translation is very good. Just a few explanatory remarks. The song uses the contrast between idylic description sung in standard Czech and real situation, sung/spoken in Ostrava/Těšín dialect. + every Czech knows where - rhymes with "Meziřiči" ++ Voldánová - TV news speaker +++ Pendolino - new train made in Italy, having big troubles at the beginning with software, heating in winter etc. ++++ joking about softish people from Prague +++++ at that time a roof of one Tesco store fell down under heavy snow ++++++ - krok-sun-krok = used to describe "polka" step
