    Hello,
I'm new on this board. Have been wanting to travel to the CR for quite some time. I want to travel the country, not just stay in Prague.

I would especially like to visit during a festival time, especially one that celebrates old pagan/cultural rituals.

Can anyone tell me of any such festivals? Also, good places to visit? Especially more traditional towns? I know of a couple of things I want to do - visit Kutna Hora, Moravia (specific places I should know about?), the Prague Ghost Trail Walk....

    Thank you!

    Karen

Will second that suggestion. I went in 2004 to the festival of the 5-petalled rose and had a wonderful time! (It coincided with Euro2004 football too, which made it even better!)

THIS LINK will help with information. It even includes a webcam.
