Can Someone Suggest Free www Sites To Offer A Flat Rental?

The previously free accomodation section of expats.cz has been changed to commision-based for renters (Though it is still free for sharing or rooms). Is there anyone out there who has used other free web sites or resources to let a property in prague, with success?

 

Thats because the gready little hypocrite thinks he hasn't created enough enemies yet!

Use that site and expect alot of problems...use pragueTV or cizi.cz and stay safe ... or this one!

You got to love the no commision realtor who claims its commsion free, but just bumps up the price by 5000 kc a month to offset it. That site expats.cz is for the poorly informed...

It is pretty much common news here in Prague that he has created a community of idiots. PHP is open source, for free, yet Mr. water pic salesman has used it to try and get a career, and isolate expats from ever acclimating into the society here. Moreover, he has created alliances with those that aim to keep you in the dark...it si polluted with ads for overpriced crap.

When in Rome, do like the Romans...every city has their little Italy, China town, etc. but that doesnt mean it is wise to stay with English speakers and never learn the language.

He also trys to redo his business model weekly! It was a descent idea, REALLY bad execution! He has to constently fight with his own members, is always in jeopardy of another law suit, and recently has had the dubious distinction of being a spammer of AID kits...he really knows not what he does!

It is now used only by poor backpackers looking to rent rooms, which if you notice the sticky message, has also been meet with great legal problems; girls were going to look at rooms and getting raped or solicited for porn movies. Also used to sell you used smelly shoes (he posted his used shoes for sale on it once, too funny)

In 2001 you couldnt even get the page to load within 1 minute! He finally had to send it over to someone that at least knew about web dev. leaving his only task as an IP investigator (fairly lame).

Friends come and go in life, but enemies remain. You never want to create enemies in business, and that is all he was able to develop.
