i will be in prague visiting my friend in a few weeks .it had been planned for the longest time to meet at the airport in the morning and she would take me with her to work to meet her friends and other co-workers. but i am showing up a day earlier expected.i would like to surprise my friend and meet her outside of the place she works.figuring i could surprise her and take her to lunch and then see her work place :)

i am in need of help finding the right way to get there by train or bus,etc..
my hotel is in prague 6 and i am right next to the dejvicka train station.

the destination i am going to is

    Kloboucnicka 1435/24
    Prague 4
    140 00

i will take a guess that taking a taxi from prague 6 would be very expensive?

any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advacne :)

Here is Kloboucnicka stret (btw it's means Hatmaker's street) on map:

    http://www.mapy.cz/?query=Kloboucnicka+ ... izIds=none

I think the easiest route is -
    1. go to metro (station Hradcanska is near Dejvice train station)
    2. ride to station Zelivskeho (on same line as Hradcanska - A / green)
    3. here use tram 11 to "Horky" stop .
    4. Stop "Horky" is close to Kloboucnicka street (on linked map tram icon left from Kloboucnicka)

    mezzi:

Try downloading Googel Earth --there you will find satelite photos (about 5 years old of the entire World) then you can have a full overview of the entire city. It's like walking the city without being there!

Google Earth is cool, but on www.mapy.cz are even more detailed satelite and aerial photomaps (under Letecka button), but of course only for Czech republic.
