Hi, I need help in finding a Czech surname.................. (this is for real so no stupid suggestions please) I am 6'2" tall, short light brown hair, blue eyes, 40d/29/34, and I pole dance and rollerblade. I am bi. After reading your message, a couple suggestions comes to my mind - perhaps Dlouha or Siroka. You did not say, if you are far sighted or near sighted - If your vision is very good or if you wear glasses, then you can chose Bystrozraka 8) . These names do not end with "ova", but are proper Czech names (for a lady). First two are very common in CR. They are reasonably descriptive, without telling intimate details not immediately noticeable. I am assuming that you are planning to travel incognito, but have to advise you that you will need passport with this last name to be able to use it officially. Identification is requested quite often in most surprising circumstances. i.e. getting longer term Metro pass, renting apartment, staying in hotel or just simply being stopped by police or without the ticket by public transportation inspector. :shock: Why not keep your own name to make it simple. You can always add "ova" when you speak reasonably Czech. Many Czechs have still problems with not using gender specific forms of last names. However with your chest size, you should have no problem. If you want, you can send me private message with your real last name and I will send you Czech form of the name for woman. You might be all excited with planning your new life, but I want you to realize, that if you don't chose really tall friends to hang around with, you will always stick above the crowd. Using of Czech name by non-natives could be very suspicious. It's good way to be unpleasantly questioned by natives :wink:. Maybe, you can use German name (possibly with added -ová). With such name you can act both as native and as non-native. If you want, you can make English suggestion and we will find something similar in Czech. Or, try to choose one in this female names list of Czech Ministry of the Interior.
I don't understand :? Why not use your given surname :?: Seems odd to want to create a new identity. Are you gonna lie to everyone you meet? Be proud of who and what you are,where you come from and where you are going. It seems silly to try and be something you aren't, in order to fit in. :roll: P.s Maybe you will meet a man, settle down and acquire a czech surname the proper way Good luck,in your endeavors!
