Hello again everyone i just got some software for learning czech called byki deluxe its okay but if i want to make my own learning cards it asks me to imput voice and spelling in czech aswell as english.I was under the impression that it would just respond to my english typing, so does anyone know where i can get a good online english to czech translator just for text? and i guess my girlfriend can help with the audio side of it, any help would be very much appriciated. I thought that delux program not only allows you to make your own files but also lets you get files from others. It seems to me that there would be enough files out there that you wouldn't have to make your own.

I'm not too sure because I only have the lite version. I've already spent over $200 on learning czech materials so I'm not so willing to spend another $40 on the delux when I haven't completed the lite. Anyway, try clicking on help and type in "get shared lists" or try the website. It might have a place where you get the shared lists. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
Well I've looked at the website and from what I can see, you have to have friends with lists and they have to email the lists to you. Perhaps someone reading your post will pm you and email some lists to you. Or perhaps someone will know the answer to your first question and you'll be able to make your own lists. Sorry I got your hopes up for nothing.

Wow, I've never been called "buddy" I'm way to prissy and feminine for that. :lol: Your flying will be fine. The first time I've ever flown was also to Czech Republic. I was completely alone. My husband (boyfriend at the time) went there a couple weeks before me so I flew alone. It was only a few months after 9/11! I was pretty scared. Thank God for the alcohol!! :twisted: Actually, I don't even remember if I drank on the flight. I was probably too scared to even do that. (I'm a lightweight so it wouldn't have been smart to drink alone.)
