Moving to Brno /looking for work

Hi All,

I am a 29 yr old aussie moving to Brno 5th Feb. from Manly Beach in Sydney. No czech but will take a course at Maseryk Uni. Feb-May.

Looking for work and contacts. If anyone knows someone looking for a marketing manager or similar sales/event mgt jobs, or where to look please give me a hollar.

Hello Aussie Dave,
Richard and I are building a home in Kninincky, which is just on the outskirts of Brno, next to Brno Dam and the Zoo.
We are moving there in March from here in Perth Western Australia.
Richard will be working as a subcontractor (engineering), and I will be teaching English (Tesol). Rich is from Brno and I am an Aussie.
Good luck with finding contacts and work over there. Aussies seem to be very welcomed in Brno, and if you really want to work, there should be plenty of it around.
Forward us your details, and/or keep checking this blog site as we should meet up in Brno to say hi.
Note: There is some sort of expat Australian Club or group in Brno, but I don't know how great it is :roll: :lol: or how to contact it.
