Prague, 4 nights... where do I spend the other 3?

The first time I went to Hluboká was in the winter and the inside was closed. But it was still well worth the trip. The castle is absolutely beautiful on the outside. In fact, when I did get around to seeing the inside (my 3rd visit), I was still much more impressed with the outside.

Thanks for the advice, but I'm renting a car for three days to do this route (I'll take it at Brno airport and leave it in Prague 3 days after... there's no need to have it in the city!).

However, thanks for explaining your experience, as it can be useful for other people that like you want to visit the castle on public transport!
