Try the Junior Hotel on Senovazne namesti. Wonderful place - great staff - we've used it for years with our student groups. Very reasonable price includes a generous breakfast. Accommodations are good. (It's both a hostel & a hotel----hostel on one side, hotel on the other; hotel is much pricier). Excellent location--less-than-5-minute walk to a tram stop, and about a 10-minute walk to Vaclavske namesti, where there are metro stops. Nearby a good internet cafe, inexpensive restaurants, small potraviny (grocery).
