My hotel's in Praha 5 and I want to be able to get all around Prague, is the 7 day pass going to get me everywhere in Prague or is it like London in that to travel in each 'zone' you have to specify a wider ranging pass when you buy it?

    Thanks,
    Teri.

The 7 day pass is valid for zones "P" and "0", which cover whole Prague and some suburbs. Seethe map for details.

Thankyou, I think that means it won't cover my journey to and from my hotel. How would I go about getting a ticket that would take me out that far? Would I need to buy a ticket a day or something?

    Thanx again.

No, I think it means it will cover your journey. Praha 5, that's Smíchov, and it is safely in the "P" zone.

This ticket will be valid for all city transpportation i.e. buses, trams, metro AND ride up and down Petrin Hill.... something to do on bright day as view is great and ride is fun.

you can buy them in the airport near the departure exit.
