Your student account has been cancelled, because you did not present an "I am a student" certificate for the year 2004/2005. If you have a credit card, it has been blocked and you have to give it back to them. Any services related to the account will also be cancelled.

They don´t, I have an account there too. It is written in the account agreement, and they should have told you when you established the account.
For what it's worth, I have an account at eBanka in Olomouc, and the people there have been helpful and accessible, though not in English.
