I know this is long, but it would mean the world to me to send this letter in Czech. I have finally met my soul mate. Ironically he doesn't speak much English. I've starting learning to speak Czech over the last week. Unfortunately, it will probably take me months to learn to say the things I want to express. Any help that you can give me would make me extremely happy! Thanks!

    Tomas My Love,

You are a part of my being. You mix with my thoughts, even the most studious, and instead of disturbing them, you give them greater harmony and spirit. My mind demands to think of you as my body breathes for only you. I no longer control this simple task of exhaling, I'm certain that your love allows me to survive.

A solemn passion is conceived in my heart; it leans to you, draws you to my center and springs to life, wrapping my existence around you. I do not easily surrender my heart, yet it has been yours from the beginning. The first time you held me in your arms I felt a longing to linger a moment and a lifetime in that soft, sensual tenderness I found in you. I cannot defend my heart from you.

You have become a necessity in my life and I know that I love you. I love our private world, free of limitations and full of expectations. Our place where we can express emotions so full of life they burst into a million stars, lighting up the heavens where love is born. You will always be able to take me to that place and I will always cherish it.

When your eyes meet mine, it is as if your soul passes into me. I cannot wait for the time when, finally, in my sleep I reach for you, I find you near and submit myself to my dreams knowing your love will be there in the morning.

I have never known such a beautiful and flawless happiness as this love you give to me. You overwhelm me and you exhaust me. I am so much in love with you.

    Forever Yours,
    Christine

  2. I see you haven't received any translation help. Unfortunately nor can I give any. I only offer words of encouragement. I am an Englishman who met a Turkish woman on internet and could only muster a few words of Turkish and she a few words of English. We are now married and living in Turkey. The idea of soul mate is very alluring, but after the first few months or years it has been gradually superceded by a more tangible and realistic love. Frankly, some days she's a pain in the arse. We have been married for about 3 years and each year we are more and more in love. But it's important for you to be able to communicate - this is our biggest burden, because both of us are lazy about learning each other's language!

    Best wishes, and good luck,
    Geoff

    Hi,
You could try using this. It is a basic free translator, but still has some more complex words (eg. Studious). You will need to edit the way you have composed the message (the Czech language is not as large as English), but the aspect of 'love' will no doubt be incorporated. I have used this before.... NOTE: I strongly reccommend that you translate the Czech words produced back into English That way you can be sure that what your lover recieves is what you want him to read. If the reverse translation does not make sense or not what you want it to read, try editing that sentence so that it will read what you want when translated. My estimate would be that it would take about 30-40mins to translate that text properly, mainly due to the complex words. Anyway, here is the address.

    I hope this helps.

The letter you want translated is massive. Most people don't mind helping out with a few lines but nearly 300 words would take some time. If you want it that long pay a translator.

Porcházíš mnou a zaplavuješ mně celou. Prostě tě hrozně miluju.

    Navždy tvá,
    Christine

Sounds a bit exaggerated in Czech...

    Definitely yes.

xraverqueen, if you have not sent it yet, please replace these occurences of "mně" with "mě".

When you are unable to decide which spelling to use, try this:

    Tobe = mne / te = me / ti = mi.

    tebe - mne
    tobě - mně
    tě - mě
    ti - mi

    mně: mňe
: mje (orthoepic pron. - spisovná výslovnost), mňe (common pron. - obecná výslovnost)
