Without sounding overly formal and distant, yet approachable. can you send translate the following: We haven't heard from you in a while. We appreciate your business. IMHO I would prefer the form vy Už jsme o vás nějakou dobu neslyšeli. Vážíme si vaší práce. Přikládáme základní informace o naší společnosti a o našich možnostech. Pokud budete mít zájem o jakékoliv další informace, ozvěte se. Ještě jednou díky, zdraví ....
