I was in Cesky Kras national park on Monday - it's area near Beroun city, about 30 km from Prague. I was in Svaty Jan pod Skalou (Saint John under the rock) village, where high rock ride over old monastery. Thousand years ago, first Czech hermit lived here in cave. Path to peak is really, really steep and I realized, how much I am out of shape But view from top is splendid - and little scary, because there is very strong wind and just short safety rail. I taked a few shots - enjoy: http://vladimir.skach.cz/galerie/index. ... Svat%FDJan
Thanks a lot for the photos eso! It seems a very interesting place: next time I'll come to Prague I'll try to get there....I love trekking, but my girlfriend doesn't like it so much!!
