We are staying at the Top Praha hotel. Has anybody ever been? I've read conflicting reviews on the complex. What's the restaurant like?
I don't know this hotel, but I know Prague quite well. Reading some reviews one would think that there are two hotels of the same name. Note that it is way away from the centre and nowhere nice to walk from there. You will have to take bus and Metro (make sure you buy Metro pass at the airport!). I would recommend you take ear plugs, considering that hotel is used by bus tours leaving/arriving at all hours, school kids and beer drinking guys. There are some very good reviews so I assume that price is more reasonable because of location and it will be your luck what room you will get. Good luck and have a good time in Prague.
