They can, it's called Christianity. Of course, you'd have to give up those Marxist views to truly embrace it. :wink:
If every our fault was edited by higher power, we would never learn. It's allways better, when we ourself correct our mistakes, it's a way we develop. Counting on someone up there (government, god or fate), who will correct our faults isn't right way.
Ah, and now we can get into the debate about the government or "someone else, anyone but me" protecting us from our own stupidity by having a myriad of little laws and rules that govern our evey step and make lawyers rich... lead on! :wink:

I guess I misunderstood Ark1tec's remark. You can rely on God to forgive/ wipe clean the slate of your mistakes meaning He doesn't hold them against you. But He doesn't necessarily remove the consequences. He purposely doesn't always remove the consequences of sin/mistakes so that we will learn from them. However, He does give us a book filled with advice of how to get through them. :wink: He's patient :wink:
