    Hello everyone

I am going to be in Prague in August for 4 days (after traveling around CZ and other parts of Europe).
I'd like to go to Říp Mountain.
Any suggestions on the best way to get there??
I've looked on the map and mr google says its about 49Km which doesn't seem that far.....
    Any suggestions?

    Ahoj/Cheers

Depends. If there is more of you... rent a car. Look for Alimex - they are just next to highway leading that direction (so you do not need to find a way through the city), and have good prices.

What a shame, I have never been three

    Hello Alexx

The thought did cross my mind but was hoping there was another way.
I wonder if there is a bus going to any of the nearby towns?

Nearby villages are Krabčice, Kleneč, Vražkov, Kostomlaty or Ctiněves, and town of Roudnice nad Labem

Try to find some connection from Praha to those above places on IDOS.

There probably will be at least one change on the route, and the journey can take up to two hours one way.

A train will take 1 hour and 20 minutes. You can leave from Praha Masarykovo, change in Vranany for the train to Ctineves.

    Hello Sigma

Is Praha Masarykovo station easy to find..?
I have used the train system a couple of times (Prague to Krnov).
I'm staying in Prague 1 (Zitna street)
    .

    Cheers
