I would like to correspond with somebody in the Czech Republic. I am a retired elementary teacher. My maternal grandparents were from Ratiskovicee, which looks to be about 40K from Brno. Now I have the time (and money) to go and see the place, people and countryside of origin. To me that is really exciting. I plan to learn at least a few words of Czeck, but it would be just great to correspond with somebody from the country if not the area. (in English) In about a year my wife and I will make the trip. My wife is from Mexico. I think the Czech Republic has a similar climate to Michigan USA. Right now it is beautiful with fall color. Please write to me. We may become friends.
