Now that I've returned from Prague, the most beautiful city I've ever seen, and have narrowed down my photos (all 366 of them!) into an album to share with friends and family, I would like to title the spine and front cover with "Prague, March, 2004" in Czech. Would it be "Praha, Brezen, 2004"? Thanks in advance!

    Yes, almost.

    Praha, březen 2004.

In Czech the month's names are usually not written with capital letter.
And do not forget the "háček" over r :)

    Dekuji, Halef!

I will remember the "hacek" and thank you for explaining that the months are normally not capitalized. I will remember that as well.
