Where is the Marriott at? This transpo map should help.

Look towards the bottom for the actual map.

It's not in great detail, but it should give you a better understanding of the subways atleast, but there is a great public transpo system that puts the Marta to shame.

    See this map.

Holešovice station is a complex of a railroad station (locomotive icon), a long-distance bus station (red label), a city bus terminal (numbers 5, 6), a tram stop (numbers 3, 4) and a subway stop (numbers 1, 2). There is a underpass from the railroad station to the city bus terminal. All together is called “Nádraží Holešovice”.

I suppose your destination is Marriott International Hotels, Inc. - Prague Marriott Hotel, V Celnici street 8, Prague 1 - the number one at this map. The green triangles with “M” stand for an entrance to the subway station “Náměstí Republiky”. The tram icon is the tram station “Náměstí Republiky” and the locomotive icon is the railroad station “Masarykovo nádraží”.

You can find the optimal connection using IDOS. Just fill “Nádraží Holešovice” into “from” and “Náměstí Republiky” into “to” and set the desired time.

Most likely, the optimal connection is using the subway, first Line C from “Nádraží Holešovice” to “Florenc” (2 stops) and then Line B from “Florenc” to “Náměstí Republiky” (1 stop).
