Hi. I'm will be visiting Prague with friends over the Easter long weekend and I was wondering if we will be able to see everything? Will all the tourist sights be open? I know public transportation will be decreased to their Sunday schedule and I know a few restaurants will be open. I read all about the Czech Easter tradiations and was curious if they invite tourists to join (such as whipping our legs with the pussywillows)? I'm really excited about this trip, but would feel a little better if I knew we could see everything. Please let me know if you do!

I am sorry, but I am afraid you will not see much of our Easter traditions in Prague - you should go to the country, preferably south or central Moravia. However, there is always a lot of wonderful things to see in Prague... Enjoy your trip!

All tourist sights in Prague should be open during the Easter weekend.
