Using soy milk for dumplings?

    I am not a big fan of real milk. I now drink soy milk and I don't feel like buying milk just to make dumplings. It usually gets wasted. Has anyone ever used soy milk for dumplings? How has it turned out?

    I have no idea, but regular milk has fats and natural sugars which soy milk does not have.
