If you plan to live in Turkey, nothing will change for you. Marriage to a Czech citizen does not bring about a Czech citizenship. If you moved to CR, you might be entitled to the status of permanent resident, provided you and your wife meet certain requirements. Details can be obtained at the local Foreign Police department.
