American in Love - Needs marriage info

all right everybody,
this looks like a piece of cake. I don't know how is that possible that somebody whould get the visas and green card and everything so fast!!! In fact, it makes me kind of jealous!
But anyway. I'm Czech and I married an American citizen this August. Our case was probably more complicated because I had a child already. But anyway we were told that if we married in Czech rep. I might get to US 2 years later. So I came here on fiancee visa (which is by-the -way easy to get) and we got married here and I applied for the green card and employment authorisation. It is 5 month since that and I already have an employment authorisation for rather long time and I have an apointment for the green card in a week or so. But I still don't know how long the processing of the green card can take. I learned that it is always earlier then they say. That's all I know.
I certainly hope to get it soon so I can go back for a visit.
