I understand the use of demonstrative adjectives as well as their declensions. What confuses the heck out of me, though, is the addition of -hle and the "this and that" constructions.
    1) If I'm pointing out something within sight, do I add -hle to any of the declensions? For example, would it be: Mam tuhle tuzku. Rezomim tehle knize.
    2) How do I use the ten a onen construction with the declensions? I understand that You would say something like "Potrebuju ten a onen." What would it be for other declensions, or is it only used with masculine nominative?

I guess you mean demonstrative pronouns, not adjectives.
Ad 1. You understand it well, however the suffix -hle is colloquial; standard Czech uses the suffix -to as an intensifier. E.g. Mám tuto tužku. Rozumím této knize.

Ad 2. Sure there are other genders and their declensions. Here they are:

    Masculine pronouns
Nominative: ten a onen (sg.) - ti a oni (pl.)
Genitive: toho a onoho - těch a oněch
Dative: tomu a onomu - těm a oněm
Accusative: toho a onoho - ty a ony
    Vocative: --
    Local: o tom a onom - o těch a oněch
    Instrumental: s tím a oním - s těmi a oněmi

    Feminine pronouns
    Nominative: ta a ona(sg.) - ty a ony(pl.)
Genitive: té a oné - těch a oněch
Dative: té a oné - těm a oněm
Accusative: tu a onu - ty a ony
    Vocative: --
    Local: o té a oné- o těch a oněch
    Instrumental: s tou a onou - s těmi a oněmi

    Neutral pronouns
    Nominative: to a ono(sg.) - ta a ona(pl.)
Genitive: toho a onoho - těch a oněch
Dative: tomu a onomu - těm a oněm
Accusative: to a ono - ta a ona
    Vocative: --
    Local: o tom a onom- o těch a oněch
    Instrumental: s tím a oním - s těmi a oněmi
