I have been living in Ostrava now for about 7 months. Can anyone tell me if there is an English speaking dentist in the town centre or close by. This is not an emergency, just time for a check-up(scale and polish) but in the future I would like some cosmetic dentistry (whitening etc.) Also, iis there a shoe repair shop. There used to be one in the shopping centre, where the Del Vita supermarket is, but it has disappeared since all the reconstruction work got under way. Awaiting your replies :lol:
Do you like Ostrava? Some say it's a little "industrial" and not as scenic. I'm thinking about Olomouc, Zlin or maybe Brno, although Brno seems like it might be a bigger version of Ostrava. Do you teach, exchange student, tourist, bored Venture Capitalist, family there, significant other, etc?
