I agree, this kind of contractions can sometimes confuse even native czechs when written down, I've somehow adopted the habit of writng them with an apostrophe (e.g. "ty's", "udělal's", "přišel's", etc.). It looks kind of weird but seems to work well.
Similar (but not same) are contractions connected with "by" "kdyby", where the contracted form is the literary one and the long form is considered incorrect: já bych (correct) = já by jsem (incorrect) ty bys = ty by jsi (incorrect, very common mistake ) my bychom = my by jsme vy byste = vy by jste kdybych kdybys kdybychom kdybyste kdyby tys (correct) = kdyby ty jsi (incorrect) etc. Here make the native Czechs their mistakes
