It's hard to say. Prague 9 is pretty large. It depends where exactly you will live. I live at Černý Most 2 (It's part of Prague 9).
It's Krosenská Here is map (link) You can see, that near is Penny Market (it's supermarket) and it's on sídliště Bohnice. Also you can see, that it near botanic garden (Pražská botanická zahrada), you can see it on this unzoomed map (link) But unfortunately I don't know this part of Prague, so I can't help you. Sorry.

I lived in Prosek (also in Prague 9, just to the east of Bohnice) and have been to Bohnice a few times. I'd say it's fairly quiet, in comparison to the rest of Prague. I recall it being a rather pleasant place. Take this with a grain of salt, however, as this is based on limited experience.
