Hi, Im new to this site. I have been trying to learn czech for a few months (since I found out I was going to the Czech Republic) but discovered just how hard it is. Still I really enjoyed my trip over, what a really cool place, Im even more determined now to learn the language better before I go back again. I did try to speak in Czech but no one had a clue what I was going on about. Buying a reserved train ticket was fun! Still thats me. Im sure Ill be starting loads of pointless threads about how to say this and that Ady
Hey, great job, it's nice to see people who are trying to learn Czech. It's very hard language though, so don't stop learning that, it will take some time. Itd be great if you could find some Czech tutor in UK or Czech natives who could help you with the pronunciation. See ya in Prague next time. And enjoy your time on this board.
Will keep going with it now. I am planning to get back over again this year so I will be looking to improve enough to get understood next time!
