   when i listen to czech people talking on the phone it goes "jo, jo, jo... dobře, dobře... také", but i'm not sure about the "také" because it actually means "also", doesn't it?

   Ano! People use "také" to express an agreement with partner's statement. E.G. : *I feel so blue!! - Me too!
