After living in america for a while, Jarka returned home Dec. 2004, but she has since moved. Last month, we received a postcard with no return address She lives in the mountains approx. 9.6km (6mi) from Ostrov. We hope someone can find her address and phone number. I'm particurlarly anxious because her husband is sick and she is feeling very sad.
Just to correct your spelling: Jaroslava .... and last name is not right either - perhaps Smatalova or Smaktalova
magan, thank you for correcting my terrible spelling of jarka's name. perhaps now someone will try to look her up in a phone book or something. jarka moved from Karlovy Vary in july. i appreciate the help with the spelling: there was nothing to look at just had the sounds i thought i remembered. tinka
