What does this mean?

Can someone explain to me what this phrase means?

"cus tak co?"

I think its some type of greeting, but wasnt sure.

Ok, this very very very colloquial Czech, so it's the reason why you didn't find it in any dictionary.

Čus, tak co?

Čus - really one of the most colloquial greeting I can think of. Basically it's same as čau or ahoj.

Tak co? - ok, again colloquial Czech. It could mean Jak jsi se rozhodl?. e.g., Tak co? Pudem do toho kina? ---> Jak jsi se rozhodl? Půjdeme do toho kina?

It seems pretty likely that čus is a "localised" version of German Tschüss
