Czech
Republic Regions
There is a lot to see in the Czech Republic besides Prague. Prague is a must if you don't have time to get to other places in the country. But if you have a few days when you feel like you've had enough of the city,
go exploring. There are charming little towns
full of historical treasures, there are numerous old castles,
peaceful mountains, forests,
lakes, villages, people and traditions.
What you have said:
"I am back
again in the Czech Republic and this is my second time in this
beautiful country. For the tourist, it's usually Prague
or
the
other often
visited places that are charming. What was amazing for me was
the little known castles and karsts tucked away in the countryside.
The atmosphere in those places is simply overwhelming. The
best
part is that one can take a stroll inside these little known
places without having to reckon with the usual tourist crowd! Yes,
a great
country truely! And I hope the serene atmosphere remains unspoilt..."

"I have been to CZ four times, the last time was four months. I spent most of
my time in or near the Krkonoše Mountains and Český Ráj. It's a beautiful area
and I hope to go back this summer. The climbing and hiking is top notch and
the people are great. You haven't experienced CZ until you have ridden trains
and buses all over their country or tried to hike up the mountains in the snow.
It's great!!"
